Struggle can be defined you are having a hard time in life. Some people may think that struggle is excellent to have in life. It good because it can be a life lesson if you get out of struggle but some times you are in struggle for your whole life others believe that struggle. . Much research has been controlled on this topic. This essay will argue that is against what some other people, struggle is multidimensional and has implications that can destroy us.
Struggles are multidimensional. We identified this in breaking though. For example, one of the struggles Panchito experiences is being undocumented (see figure 1). Some examples from the text that provide evidence of his fear are when he says of the situation. Some examples from the text that proves poverty is as he got older his fear grew with him (page 2). Also he followed the officer out into his car and the car said BORDER PATORL. (page 4 )The conclusion of Panchito’s struggle are fear and he was deported. Lastly Panchito was sarried he would get caught by the border patrol.
Along the lines of struggles being multidimensional we can also identify its implication. Once again using Breaking through Panchito struggles with poverty. Poverty affects Panchito’s health, living conditions, treatment, and education. There are examples from the book that shows the implications of poverty. One example is Panchitos dad has back problems. This displays how poverty affects their health. Another example is their living conditions they live in many motels. This proves how poverty affects their living conditions. Another example is la migra is mean to Panchito. This shows how poverty affects treatment. One last example is when they have to miss one month of school. This displays how poverty affects education. As you can see there are implications with poverty.

Poverty affects health, education, living conditions, and treatment.
Poverty is not only struggle that has negative implications;rasism is just as damaging. The belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities soecific to that race, esp. So as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races. In my own words I think that means that is some one or some people don’t like some one because of their raise or because they don’t have money and they live on the streets or they don’t have a very fancy house. But some times it’s because of the way they look (how they where born). in the book when panchito goes out with Peggy they stop dating because he was Mexican.
In the book Breaking Through there is a lot of racism. For example when Panchito can’t date Peggy because he is Mexican. The effect on that is when they could not date because the fact that he was Mexican. Also with Roberto he could not Susan because he is Mexican. The effect on that is that he could not date her because he was Mexican and the parents didn’t like that. Lastly when Ponchito wanted to get a jod and then one of the teachers said that he could be a farmed out of no were when he was telling Ponchito the job listen.
In the Jackie Robinson movie it shows racism and its implications. In the beginning of the movie it shows segregation, negative beliefs, treatment, and bullying. There was an officer that kicked Jackie out of the stadium because he was black. Secondly when Jackie was playing in another game he was hit in the face because he was winning and the white players on the opposite team did not want him to win. Finally when Jackie walks out of the dugout all of the white people are booing him and calling him names.
When we were watching ted talk this lady said “ that stress makes you sick then people ended up dieing. Also oxytozon is a stress horromone and it strengthens your body to make you healthier. Did you know that 43% of people died from stress? Whe n you are physically stress your heart rate goes up and that is good for you and your body.
For my story I am going to do my mom because I never had a racist story in my life so far in my life. My moms racist story is that when my mom was younger and she was still in school she went to a new school with mostly white people their, but their was a little bight of Mexican people there and she was one the Mexican people. They thought that because she was Mexican that she would get a bad grade in school because the other Mexican people there would always get bad grades and didn’t really speak English. But then at the end of the year she was one of the people that got the highest grades in the school or at least in her grade. I think the part that was racist in that story is that the white people thought that because she was Mexican she would get bad grades.
In conclusion the book breaking through was about a family that was getting judged because of their raise. One of the racist parts in the book is when Panchito and Roberto where dating a girl and they had to break up because they were both Mexican. Also when the teacher to Panchito offered him a job to be a farmer. Racism is when people are judged but their race or because they look darker then the others.
